I have found the best value to a property comes from a cohesive design plan. I work closely with the architect and contractor throughout all phases of the project. This service includes exterior and interior selections. All of these should be based on a decorating plan which creates a home where everything flows together. Rates are determined by the scope of work.
Full Service Design
Step 1 - Initial Consultation: Assess the space and establish a plan
Step 2 - Presentation: Introduce the plan to the client
Step 3 - Shopping: Material selections are made from vendors
Step 4 - Completion: Plan is put into work
This service is available for an hourly fee of $95. Flat rates are also available and are determined by the scope of work.
A La Carte
